Robert Palley is a Chicago, Illinois-based real estate executive with nearly four decades of experience. He serves as partner at Granite Realty Partners, LLC, a real estate development and investment firm he co-founded in 1998. The firm has completed more than $1 billion in property development and acquisition, covering asset classes from industrial buildings and shopping centers to condos. Specifically, Robert Palley has overseen revitalization projects such as Village at Town Center in Davenport, Florida, and Pine Hill Condominiums in Wheeling, Illinois.

Prior to co-founding Granite Realty Partners, LLC, Robert Palley spent 6 years as principal and vice president of Jupiter Realty Corporation, which had a portfolio of more than 1 million square feet of retail space in three major shopping centers. He also spent 4 years in the same capacity at The Levy Organization, and began his career as director of finance for Levy Restaurants.

Complementing his professional experience, Mr. Palley holds an MBA in finance and management and bachelor of arts in biology from Northwestern University, where he received the Service Corps of Retired Executives Small Business Consulting Award. He enjoys playing golf in his free time, and is a member of the Oak Brook Golf Club and Oak Park Country Club.
